Report to the Legislature 2010 - Pennsylvania's Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive Program

This is the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing’s first Legislative Report on the Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive [RRRI] Program. As the program was in its first year of operation during 2009, new procedures and policies were still being developed and implemented. Thus, only limited information on the sentencing and release of RRRI offenders is available and presented in this report. Future reports will be able to include more complete information on the RRRI offender, as well as be in a better position to address the other objectives provided by the legislature in the enactment of the RRRI legislation.
